* Unable to follow group conversations
* Unable to follow conversations in public places (restaurants, Public Houses etc)
* Think people are mumbling when they talk to you

We believe that as a client you are important to us and we make home visits in 90% of our cases to make you feel at ease, meet the person who will be dealing with you case and take away the concerns sometimes associated with making a claim.

Please see our Hearing Loss Bulletin.
Most frequently asked questions:

* Will this cost me anything?

NO. Please see ours Injury Claims FAQ, answers 1 and 3.

* It was years ago that I worked in a noisy place – how can I still claim?

Normally, any claim for compensation has to be made within 3 years of the date of the injury. However, with hearing loss the extent of the damage is not noticed until years later. The 3 years only begins to run from the date that you knew or ought to have known, that you were suffering from hearing loss and that it was attributable to your employment.

* The company no longer exists.

We have access to information databases that hold insurance details for all companies from the 1950’s onwards.

If you think that you have a case as a result of exposure to noise in the workplace or require further information contact Croftons on 0800 2800 094 or fill in the online claims questionnaire to request a call back or email.
